We are honored to work with veterans through the VA, providing therapeutic massage to those who have served our country. This is meaningful, purpose-driven work — and we’re privileged to support veterans in their healing and wellness journey.

At the same time, this role offers flexibility, steady income, and the opportunity to build a full massage practice without the stress of running your own business.

• VA Massage Appointments
• Flat rate: $40 per 60-minute massage
• 15 minutes built in between sessions
• No gratuity on VA appointments (per VA guidelines)
• You can be as busy as you’d like — from a few sessions a week to a full schedule

Non-VA / Regular Massage Clients

• Booked through our clinic
• Paid via commission-based structure
• Automatic 20% gratuity included on these services
• This dual model allows you to enjoy consistent, predictable income from VA clients while increasing your earnings with regular massage clients.

• Licensed Massage Therapist (current state license)
• Active liability insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to complete VA credentialing (we guide you through the process)
• Position is 1099 independent contractor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our successful clinic. In this role, you will tailor massage treatments to each client’s individual needs and health goals, working as part of a holistic wellness team.

• Perform a variety of massage and bodywork treatments
• Provide therapeutic care aligned with client wellness goals
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Collaborate with a supportive wellness team

• Current state license and liability insurance
• Proficiency in:
• Swedish massage
• Deep tissue massage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong client-centered approach
• High level of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
