As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Davis County, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans

• Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands‑on clinical services

• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs

• Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data‑driven program evaluations

• Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies

• Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks

• Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain)

• Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

• Preferred: Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in‑home support as needed

• Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel within Davis County
