As a full-time Mentor at EOSIS Solstice in Layton, UT, you'll support adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges while gaining valuable experience in mental health, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, social work, youth development, and residential treatment.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted mentor and role model, helping students build confidence, resilience, life skills, and healthy coping strategies. You'll facilitate therapeutic activities, support treatment goals, participate in recreational programming, and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Whether you're starting your career or building experience for graduate programs in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or behavioral health, this role offers hands‑on experience that makes a lasting impact.

Pay: $

Shifts Available:

• 7am - 3pm
• 3pm - 11pm

• Time Off: 20 days of paid-time-off + 6 paid holidays + shift differentials available for eligible positions
