Pay: $18+ per hour, depending on experience

• Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure high‑quality performance and productivity
• Train, coach, and develop staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and brand standards
• Create and manage weekly schedules based on occupancy levels and business needs
• Assign daily room inspections, cleaning assignments, and housekeeping tasks
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment focused on guest satisfaction

• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Conduct regular room inspections and follow up on quality concerns
• Review housekeeping boards daily to verify room status accuracy
• Collaborate closely with the Front Desk to maintain real‑time room status updates
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest comfort

• Monitor inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies as needed
• Conduct quarterly linen inventories and maintain accurate records
• Oversee laundry operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with health standards
• Maintain and update the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) book
• Manage lost and found procedures and ensure guest items are properly documented and returned
• Assist management with payroll verification and room status reporting

• Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, train, and lead a diverse team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to work throughout the hotel and laundry areas as needed

• Fast‑paced hotel environment with exposure to laundry equipment and cleaning agents
