Vacation Rental Cleaner​/Turnover Specialist

Pure Lux Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaner to join our team. This position involves preparing Airbnb and VRBO properties for incoming guests by ensuring each property is cleaned, staged, stocked, and guest-ready. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and understands the importance of meeting turnover deadlines.

• Perform detailed cleaning of vacation rental properties between guest stays
• Change and launder linens and towels
• Restock guest supplies and amenities
• Inspect properties for damage or maintenance concerns
• Ensure each property meets company quality standards before guest arrival
• Communicate effectively regarding scheduling and property status
• Follow cleaning checklists and turnover procedures

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Experience in cleaning, hospitality, Airbnb, VRBO, or housekeeping preferred but not required
• Smartphone required for communication and checklists

• Flexible schedule

• Most properties are located in Eden, Mountain Green, and surrounding areas
