Your day-to-day as our Dual Property Facilities Attendant

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule supporting both properties.

As our Dual Property Facilities Attendant, you'll move through lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting to keep everything in top condition. You'll restock supplies, empty trash, and polish fixtures, ensuring every detail reflects our standards. Along the way, you'll interact courteously with guests and teammates, report maintenance needs, and support additional housekeeping tasks as needed.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated candidates who take pride in their work.
