Towne Place Suites by Marriott Layton is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to meet you!

Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
Starting at $15+ per hour, depending on experience

Schedule
This is a part-time position with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel and play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
- Assisting guests with requests, concerns, and special accommodations
- Processing reservations and payments accurately
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout every guest interaction
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
Required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
No hotel experience? No problem!
