Front Desk Agent

Towne Place Suites by Marriott Layton is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to meet you!

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
Starting at $15+ per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

This is a part-time position with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel and play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
  • Assisting guests with requests, concerns, and special accommodations
  • Processing reservations and payments accurately
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Providing outstanding customer service throughout every guest interaction

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience

Required:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

No hotel experience? No problem!
