Job Responsibilities
- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to business needs, working in other areas as required. - Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate a thorough understanding of product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. - Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.

CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
