• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, manage seasonality, and adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management standards.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product layout execution.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement; use handheld technology for real‑time decisions about production, ordering, and product quality.
• Drive area performance: stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date‑control, eliminate waste, provide member service, and resolve member issues.
• Advocate the brand; develop, influence, and inspire a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work style; identify roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy; execute business processes and practices accordingly.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, colleagues, customers, and partners; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt and learn from change.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may include $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
