Salary: 2026 Salary Range: $89,508 – $138,370 (includes locality pay)

Eligibility:
Open only to current 448 Supply Chain Management Wing (SCMW) employees at Hill AFB. Applicants must submit a recent SF‑50 to verify eligibility.
Primary purpose of this position is to exercise 1st level supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate employees within the 420th Demand and Supply Chain Planning Flight. Directs work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis. Exercises 1st level technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more of duty time over subordinate employees predominately in the Supply Group and journey level or higher.
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Participates in special logistics related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
The 448 SCMW Centralized Requirements Cell provides centralized requirements determination and management within ESCAPE for the entire 448 SCMW. Through standardized processes and expert analysis, the cell ensures accurate and timely demand signals, enabling effective supply planning and optimized materiel availability for all supported units.
Requirements- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Obtain & maintain a Security clearance (if applicable).
- No PCS expenses will be paid.
- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station approximately 5 days per year.
- May be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours.
- Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, laws, and programs related to the duties of the position.
- Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relations, and leading members as a cooperative team.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.
- Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
- Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
