Position Summary
As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities• Be a Team Leader: supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club; communicate the goals, set guidelines, and execute company programs while adhering to policies and advocating for members, associates and the company.
• Be an Expert: maintain an in-depth knowledge of business on the floor, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, seasonality, and train the team.
• Leverage Digital Tools: use handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Drive Operational Excellence: keep a neat, clean and safe work area, plan orders, track expense controls, manage inventory, audit safety and compliance, log paperwork, and model a commitment to member service.
• Talent Ambassador: train and teach the team, monitor e‑learning and trainings, identify potential, provide skill development, and support career growth.
• Lead by Example: demonstrate integrity, ethics, and compliance; promote company policies, and support the Open Door Policy.
• Serve Customers and Members: put the customer first, make decisions based on reliable information, balance short‑term and long‑term priorities, and strive for excellence.
Minimum Qualifications- 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Completion of all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
- Supervisory experience in the tire industry.
- Tire industry certification – Certificate.
Hourly wage range: $23.00 to $31.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
