In this position you will exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 75 LRS Installation Deployment Readiness Center (IDRC) in directing installation-wide deployment activities for 3 wings and 51 mission partners. Effectively aligns staff in administering the 75 ABW support agreements program, managing all mobility planning documents, establishing effective training programs, supporting deployment exercises, and managing real world deployment requirements.

Skills And Abilities
- Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a medium to large sized organization.
- Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
- Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
