Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities- Assemble structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, subassemblies, and components in a production environment
- Read and interpret technical work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Identify correct parts, tooling, and equipment prior to assembly
- Use hand tools and precision tools including screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdrivers, multimeters, crimpers, and torque tools
- Perform soldering, crimping, and torqueing operations as required
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and check for Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
- Use a computer to access work instructions and document production activity
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Education:
High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) - Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance - Certifications:
Ability to obtain and maintain required production certifications - Experience:
Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or production environment preferred - Technical
Skills: - Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Experience with soldering, crimping, and torque tools preferred
- Basic computer proficiency in a production setting
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 10–35 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching overhead
- Repetitive hand/finger manipulation and reading from screens or printed documents
- Ability to work in a production floor environment
