Position: Assembler A with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
* Assemble structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, subassemblies, and components in a production environment
* Read and interpret technical work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
* Identify correct parts, tooling, and equipment prior to assembly
* Use hand tools and precision tools including screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdrivers, multimeters, crimpers, and torque tools
* Perform soldering, crimping, and torqueing operations as required
* Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and check for Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
* Use a computer to access work instructions and document production activity
* Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
* Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Qualifications:

* Education:

High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
* Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

* Certifications:

Ability to obtain and maintain required production certifications

* Experience:

Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
* Technical

Skills:

* Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
* Experience with soldering, crimping, and torque tools preferred
* Basic computer proficiency in a production setting

* Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift 10-35 lbs
* Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching overhead
* Repetitive hand/finger manipulation and reading from screens or printed documents
