Hours:

10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• Ensures strict adherence to GMPs, safety, sanitation, and other company regulations.
• Come to work as early as necessary to have product kits and materials ready before line worker arrive.
• Performs Production line material acquisition and distribution, to preparing for processing.
• Identifies work order kits and has them quality-approved before they enter the production floor.
• Prep and prepare shoppack.
• Verify material to match picking report.
• UST Lot number.
• UST r.
• Revision number.
• Quantities.
• Ensures materials to point of use.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• May also keep records on number of materials received from and shipped to the warehouse.
• Perform and operate manual pallet jack, electrical pallet jack and forklift.
• Proposes improvements of processes, and products.
• Able to change and advocates change to establish improved methods of production.
• Supports improvement projects from within the department or others.
• Participate and conduct regular SQDIC meetings.
• Maintain 5S standards in his/her area of direct responsibility.
