- Pay: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour (DOE)
- Shift: 1st Shift + 9/80 schedule (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!)
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT
- Assemble precision electro‑mechanical systems, including control panels, wiring harnesses, and intricate mechanical assemblies.
- Perform point‑to‑point wiring tasks utilizing complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Read, interpret, and follow electrical/mechanical drawings alongside detailed build documentation.
- Install critical electrical components such as relays, sensors, power supplies, and control hardware.
- Support system testing, technical troubleshooting, and validation phases.
- Utilize hand tools, wire crimpers, precision measurement tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Direct experience in automated manufacturing, aerospace, or advanced equipment builds.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or structured quality control processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (ERP software experience is a plus).
- Experience: 3–5 years of verified experience in electro‑mechanical assembly, control panel building, or industrial wiring.
- Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and execute builds from complex schematics and blueprints.
- Workmanship: Exceptional attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift (80‑90%).
