Production Worker

Position

Pack-Out Associate reports to the Pack-Out Supervisor.

• Maintain the workplace and pack-out area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition
• Ensure accurate quantities are packed and conduct final quality control checks
• Carefully and quickly package pouches according to customer orders
• Label and stack boxes for distribution, perform accurate inventory counts and more
• Conduct a visual inspection of the product to ensure good quality
• Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort products for defects as required
• Follow company GMPs, Food Safety, and other applicable WPDNs SOPs
• Attend monthly plant training

• Counting skills, using decimals and fractions with a calculator
• Must be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Must have good hand/eye coordination
• Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort products for defects as required
• Must have a self-directed "go-getter" who can teach others while also participating in the workload
• Regularly required to stand and move about within the work areas
• Ability to lift loads of 50 pounds
• Able to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail
