Pay: $17.00- $21.00 DOE
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6:00AM- 3:30PM, Friday 6:00AM-11:00

What You'll DoBuild cabinet doors and drawer fronts according to specifications and quality standards
Set up and operate woodworking machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete production tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
Follow all quality control standards and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly
Assist the assembly team with production needs during slower periods
Support the team with additional shop duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Required:
Minimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, woodworking, construction, or similar shop environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Experience operating woodworking machinery is preferred.
Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and measurements.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
Basic knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and shop practices is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to cross-train and learn additional shop processes.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work is performed in a woodworking shop and warehouse environment
Regular standing for extended periods throughout the workday
Frequent repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers
Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and moving materials
Exposure to wood dust, machinery, and production noise
Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, and closed-toe shoes
