Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (PRN) at Fairfield Village oversees the medical management of residents in the Post‑Acute Care setting. They comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation and incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patient records and medical interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid state RN license in good standing.
