Since opening our doors in 2019, Weller's Bistro has been serving up scratch-made German cuisine, craft cocktails, and a carefully curated beer and wine selection. Our mission is to provide impeccable hospitality to every guest who walks through our doors. Over the years, we’ve expanded to include catering services and even a food truck, the Weller's Döner Wagon, bringing authentic German street food to the Wasatch Front.

We’re proud to be a growing destination for food enthusiasts and those who appreciate high-quality provisions and libations.

As a Server at Weller's Bistro, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and attentive service to all guests.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Sharing your knowledge of our German-inspired menu, craft cocktails, and beer and wine offerings to make thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for the next guest.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Upholding our high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

To succeed in this role, we’re seeking someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Is passionate about food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic.
