We're looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operation, lead our culinary and service team, and ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing people, food quality, operations, cost control, and guest satisfaction
. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Sales team, banquet staff, department leaders, and guests to create memorable experiences while maintaining brand standards and profitability.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the daily operation of the food and beverage department, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet functions as applicable.
  • Lead daily food production and service while ensuring quality, consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), participate in weekly BEO meetings, and develop clear plans to execute events successfully.
  • Delegate preparation, service, and cleaning assignments while monitoring pace, quality, consistency, and productivity.
  • Maintain high food quality standards while utilizing fresh, high-quality ingredients whenever possible.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to standardized recipes, plating specifications, product specifications, and hotel brand standards.
  • Schedule and supervise Food & Beverage Associates based on business needs and anticipated volume.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on food preparation, service expectations, safety, sanitation, and brand requirements.
  • Clearly communicate expectations, provide regular feedback, and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Build strong communication and collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs and prepare food efficiently to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Purchase, receive, organize, stock, and rotate food and beverage products and supplies.
  • Conduct and maintain accurate monthly food and alcohol inventories.
  • Cost-code invoices and maintain required department expense and DECK reports.
  • Work with the Sales team on pricing and proposals for potential business and banquet opportunities.
  • Ensure deliveries are properly received, logged, stored, and rotated.
  • Maintain Back of House areas at or above established inspection and cleanliness standards through consistent monitoring and follow-up.
  • Complete daily and weekly documentation checks to ensure operational consistency and brand standards are maintained from shift to shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, infection control, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and county liquor laws.
  • Maintain required food safety certifications and ensure team members remain current on required brand training.
  • Respond to guest needs and concerns professionally and promptly, working to resolve issues and create a positive experience.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, restaurant, hotel, banquet, or hospitality management preferred.
  • Experience leading and developing a food and beverage team.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, sanitation, safety, and loss prevention practices.
  • Serv Safe certification or equivalent food safety certification preferred/required based on applicable regulations.
  • Experience with standardized recipes, plating specifications, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
