Job SummaryManage all aspects of the Davis Campus Wildcat Store and Convenience Store. Responsible for the management, purchasing, and sales of the Davis Wildcat Store including beverages, convenience store food items, academic materials, office supplies, and other items at Downtown and Ogden Wildcat Store locations. Generate daily financial reports and bank deposits. Supervise cashiering functions on the Davis Campus, including tuition payments, petty cash, loan payments, parking fees, and bank deposits.
Supervise, schedule, hire hourly staff. Manage the Davis Copy Center. Provide customer service to all students and faculty. Maintain partnerships with administrators, students, faculty, staff, and the community. Assist as backup to Startup Davis and Davis campus receiving department.
- Supervise cashiering functions and generate daily financial reports.
- Purchase, inventory, and sell store products and office supplies.
- Schedule, hire, and staff the Wildcat Store and Copy Center.
- Manage bank deposits, tuition payments, parking fees, and other campus fees.
- Provide outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Maintain partnerships with campus administration and community partners.
- Assist as backup to Startup Davis and Davis campus receiving department.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and retail management experience.
- Three years experience working in retail, including supervisory experience.
- Previous retail experience in a collegiate environment.
- Previous convenience store experience.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Net Suite computer software program used by the Wildcat Store for purchase transactions and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
