Position Summary
As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You'll Do- Be a Team Member:
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, provide customer service, track goods, maintain inventory levels, and control shrinkage. - Be an Expert:
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of meat product types and seasonality, equipment usage, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Leverage hand‑held technology for production decisions, training, and product quality. - Be an Owner:
Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a tidy work area, eliminate waste, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocate for the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products, training associates, and supporting team development. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, and by communicating progress and recommendations.

- 6 months experience working in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of required job training and assessments.
- Meat processing experience.

CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
