Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.;
Drive sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of customer needs.;
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.;
Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
