Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick‑Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs.

• Load and unload product from vehicle, deliver merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers.
• Shop for customers across all departments, selecting and packing products to fulfill online orders.
• Dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation during the dispensing process.
• Manage deliveries in a fast‑paced environment, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Answer customer questions.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.
