Retail Store Manager

-  - Responsibilities:
Provide strong people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage staffing and scheduling; deliver associate development and succession planning.;
Lead the store experience by ensuring exceptional pet parent and associate service, and handle customer concerns and escalations.;
Oversee store operations to improve processes, collaborate with Store Leadership for events and community partnerships, and maintain store standards and policy compliance.;
Manage inventory levels and in-stock availability across the store; monitor security and safety practices; review store cameras as needed.;
Analyze reporting to drive profitability, manage expenses (labor and supplies), and communicate results to leadership; oversee payroll and scheduling within budget.
