Store Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the store’s vision, company initiatives and sales performance goals.
• Execute in‑store merchandising and selling programs across multiple units, supporting omni‑channel experience.
• Ensure the customer remains at the center, creating a compelling and engaging team environment.
• Coach associates, develop skills and foster a collaborative, motivated team.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding: one‑on‑one meetings, team “bio book,” and 30‑60‑90‑day check‑ins.
• Manage workforce activities (staffing schedule, punch reconciliation) with operations support, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Represent the company brand professionally in all internal and external interactions.
• Provide technical and product knowledge, serve as a subject‑matter expert, and address skill gaps through coaching.
• Achieve or exceed store financial targets, maintain merchandising, marketing and POP standards.
• Partner with marketing on social media strategy, and manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, stock levels, cash handling and sales processing.
• Drive store‑level inventory processes, investigate discrepancies, and stay aware of competition and market intelligence.
• Adhere to physical requirements: stand or sit for 8+ hours, lift, push or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $58,000 to $71,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Base pay or uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles.
