Big Deal Outlet is looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Seasonal Stocking Associate to join our team for the busy upcoming holiday seasons. This position will run from September 2026 through the end of December 2026, with the potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

• Stock and replenish merchandise from the warehouse onto the sales floor
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Move and organize merchandise throughout the store and warehouse
• Help keep product displays and inventory areas orderly
• Assist customers and other team members when needed
• Perform various miscellaneous tasks and duties around the store
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, hardworking attitude
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving merchandise
• Able to lift and carry boxes and merchandise safely
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required
