Entry-Level Sales Development Representative - Multifamily Bulk Internet and Fiber Installation Location

About the RoleWe are seeking a self‑motivated, entry‑level sales professional to help generate new business opportunities for bulk fiber internet in multifamily environments. This role is focused on outbound lead generation, relationship building, and setting qualified meetings.
This is an ideal position for someone looking to start a career in B2B sales, telecommunications, and/or multifamily real estate services.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and clearly communicate the value of bulk fiber internet retrofits
- Regionally identify and research multifamily properties that may be candidates for a bulk‑fiber internet retrofit
- Prospect property owners, asset managers, and property management companies via phone, email, and Linked In
- Qualify leads by understanding property size/type, ownership structure, existing internet services, and current internet contract status
- Set introductory meetings for senior sales executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow‑ups in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and lead‑generation goals
- Base Pay:
Competitive hourly or salaried base, depending on full‑time or part‑time status - On‑Target Earnings (OTE):
Base pay plus performance incentives tied to qualified meetings and opportunities generated - Bonuses:
- Monthly bonuses for meeting or exceeding goals
- Additional bonuses for opportunities that progress to signed bulk agreements
- Strong communication skills. You MUST be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with people. Emails and Linked In communication will be part of the job, but these alone will not create success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework or degree a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, email, and online research tools
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
- Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or technology
- Flexible scheduling during regular business hours (especially for part‑time roles)
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Clear performance metrics and attainable goals
