What you’ll be doing
  • Identify, develop and qualify leads within your territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold‑calling, partner‑selling, lead‑generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
  • Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
  • Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about how they can leverage innovative business solutions.
  • Proactively establish, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
  • Effectively present and create multi‑product solution opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions to promote and position products including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
  • Track and report progress through consistent use of sales force automation tools.
What we’re looking for

You’re a self‑motivated person who enjoys crafting solutions to client problems and explaining how technology solves everyday business challenges. Cold‑calling feels like a sport to you; meeting new people and discovering their needs is what you enjoy.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
  • Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.
  • Willingness to work in a mobile model with up to 50% travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications.
  • Two or more years of business‑to‑business or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling.
  • Technology sales and educational experience (SaaS, CRM, Salesforce, or other client management tools).
  • Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments.
  • Experience building and maintaining business relationships with all levels of client organizations.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to implement feedback and tailor your approach.

Where you’ll be working

This mobile role primarily involves working from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in‑person training and meetings.

40 hours per week.
