DAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIESThis position is responsible to provide OEM customer service sales support to management, OEM customers and Sales Representatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED- Provides technical support to Sales Representatives and customers and reports any issues to management.
- Communicates customer needs and specifications to Sales Representatives, Engineering Operations and management.
- Delivers product samples to Sales Representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
- Prepares demonstration bags for Sales Representatives.
- Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
- Generates reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.
- Coordinates sales related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
- Generates shipping documents required for domestic and foreign shipments.
- Manages complex order details and quotations with customers and Sales Representatives through email, phone, fax, or other communication outlets.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required.

- Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management.
- Very detail oriented and accurate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
