We are actively hiring a Windshield Technician / Auto Glass Technician to join our body shop team. If you have experience with windshield replacement and auto glass repair, this is a GREAT opportunity to join a high-performing body shop.
In this role, you’ll handle the removal, installation, and repair of automotive glass while ensuring safety, precision, and quality workmanship. You’ll work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment with consistent workflow and opportunities to grow your skillset.

- Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass (side glass, back glass, etc.)
- Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable
- Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety compliance on all installations
- Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable)
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with body shop team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
- 2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician / Windshield Installer preferred
- Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques, tools, and safety standards
- Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to pass a background check
