Position OverviewEminent Technical Solutions (ETS) is looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our operations on a part‑time seasonal basis (through summer 2026). This role is 2 to 3 days per week, 8 hours per day, and is designed to keep our warehouse running smoothly during periods of higher project and delivery volume.
The Warehouse Assistant works alongside our warehouse manager to receive inventory, process and organize incoming equipment, support deliveries, and keep the warehouse organized and functional. This is a physical, hands‑on role that requires someone who takes pride in doing detail work accurately and consistently.
No prior IT or technology experience is required. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support.
Responsibilities- Receive and verify incoming inventory shipments against purchase orders, flagging discrepancies promptly.
- Unbox, inspect, and organize equipment and supplies, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts as needed.
- Assist with preparing and staging equipment for client deliveries and field deployments.
- Support delivery runs and equipment drop‑offs as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate clearly with the operations team about incoming shipments, low stock, and damaged goods.
- Assist with returns, repairs intake, and equipment processing as directed.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background and MVR screening
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout an 8‑hour shift
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and inventory tasks
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain a tidy, efficient workspace
- Clear and timely communication with team members
- Reliability and consistent follow‑through on assigned tasks
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets or inventory tracking tools (helpful but not required)
- Prior warehouse, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience a plus
