We’re looking for a warm, professional, and detail‑oriented Client Service Receptionist to join our team! Whether you’re seeking part‑time or full‑time hours, we’re open to the right fit. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the go‑to person who keeps everything on track, this would be the perfect fit!
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients – creating a welcoming and positive experience every time they call or visit.
What You’ll Do:- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage agent calendar efficiently
- Assist with basic insurance paperwork and client questions
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Keep our CRM database accurate and up to date
- Provide support to agents as needed
- Handle additional administrative duties as required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with general computer programs (email, Word, Excel, CRM systems)
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Prior office experience required
- Previous insurance experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus (not a requirement)
