• Assist the foreman or superintendent to keep the jobsite running efficiently and safely.
• Perform tasks such as grouting, demolition work, and installation of safety rails or partitions as directed.
• Inspect and track tools; maintain organization and cleanliness at the jobsite.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to work productively with others.

• Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain open lines of communication, and apply problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform construction tasks as required on active projects.
