** Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a part-time position (approximately 25 hours) in our Health Information Department.

** Medical Records Responsibilities:
*** Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare, submit death and birth certificate information, manage dictation, scan clinic and hospital documentation, and process incomplete ambulatory orders.
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Coding experience and medical background a plus.
* Computer proficient and strong communication skills.
* Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
