Job Title

Analyze, design, develop, maintain and improve business processes and corresponding software applications to allow Wells' Enterprises to function according to user needs for the assigned area.

As an advanced level contributor, this is accomplished according to the priorities and direction established by management. This person will also provide guidance and mentor others in the technical aspects of the Wells Application technology.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline or related experience.
• 5-7 years of experience within a programming/development environment.
• Knowledge
  - Knowledge and proficiency determined by position:
• Operating Systems
  - Windows Server, Unix, Linux
• Languages & Frameworks - SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, C# & VB (.NET), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script, XML; experience with Oracle APEX and Vue.js; familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and Blazor
• Applications & Platforms
  - Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite, including one or more of the following functional areas:
  Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Process Manufacturing (OPM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Quality Management. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Microsoft 365, Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD), and other enterprise applications supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations. Experience supporting ERP and business-critical applications in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  
  Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA is a plus.
• Manufacturing & IT/OT Technologies
  - Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), SCADA/HMI platforms (e.g., Ignition), industrial automation, and IT/OT environments. Understanding of plant-floor integrations, PLC-connected devices, industrial communication protocols, operational data collection, and manufacturing support processes. Experience troubleshooting and supporting connected manufacturing systems, production operations, and real-time data solutions is preferred.

  - Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
• Skills
  - Proactive problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Attention to detail with systematic and thorough documentation skills. Strong communication and project management skills.
• Abilities
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to analyze complex assignments, define and create solutions. Technical, plus the ability to grasp abstract concepts.

The base pay range for this position is $87,321 to $139,061 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
