As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering a consistently excellent living experience for our residents. You’ll handle maintenance requests with professionalism and care, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and welcoming. Your Responsibilities- Property Maintenance – Perform general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, etc.
- Customer Service – Serve as front line service team member, take pride in appearance and resident interactions.
- Proactive Property Care – While completing work orders, identify opportunities to improve property standards.
- Experience in maintenance/trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Digital literacy, ability to use a smartphone.
- Sense of pride in completing high‑quality work.
- Enjoy work with your hands.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical intuition.
