Housekeeping

Under general supervision, keeps premises of all plant locations and plant office areas clean and orderly. Responsible for cleaning work areas, removing waste, maintaining inventory of supplies, sweeping, scrubbing and polishing floor.

Primary

Responsibilities include:

• Keeps office areas, break rooms, restrooms, and rest of production facilities in clean and orderly condition.
• Responsible for scheduling and performing heavy cleaning of furniture, walls, floors, and ceilings as needed.
• Sweeps, scrubs, vacuums, mops, and polishes all floors in production and office areas, as well as restrooms, locker rooms and break rooms. Also responsible for scheduling and performing stripping and waxing of floors on a regular basis.
• Stocks all production attire and assists with hanging of uniforms when needed.
• Restocks supplies throughout all facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and cleaning closets.
• Flexibility required in providing coverage at other facilities (excluding the Corporate Center) in the event of absences, vacations, and any other scheduled time off.
• Follows all GMP's while working in the plant locations and ensures that all facilities cleaned will pass any audits done in house, or by an outside source.
• Cleans windows, drinking fountains, sinks, toilets, paper towel dispensers, tables, counter tops, chairs, vending machines, coolers, production wash stations, and other areas as assigned.

Pay Rate:
Starting rate of $20.82 per hour with pay increases at 3 months and 6 months. Top rate of pay at 6 months is $23.12 per hour.
