Gpac is working with a company that is seeking a Feed Mill Manager
. Looking for someone with prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting the ground running. Also willing to consider someone with a very strong maintenance background.
- Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
- Oversee production within a mill setting
- Manage a crew of 5+ employees
- Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
- Utilize company resources
- Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting
- Degree in Animal Nutrition preferred
- Ability to train and manage crew
- Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot
Feed Mill Manager Compensation: $65K-$85K base
