Job Description:

Embark on a rewarding LPN/LVN role in a post-acute, long-term care environment where your nursing expertise helps residents regain strength and independence. Provide compassionate bedside care, administer routine medications within scope, perform essential assessments, and chart notes using a streamlined electronic system while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Active licensure as an LPN/LVN, current BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience are required, with no BSN required, and you'll work an evening-focused schedule with a rotating weekend and holiday plan.
