Active RN license
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in both the emergency department and medical-surgical unit. Assess patient conditions and implement nursing care plans. Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
