As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you‘ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs. Your skills and compassion will be essential in managing patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Valid Iowa or Compact State RN License
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work every third weekend
