We are hiring for a Part‑Time Store Supervisor to join an exciting store based in Plymouth. You will work with a settled team to create the best customer shopping experience. The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff’s work in the store environment, monitoring employee activity, solving problems day‑to‑day, and assisting customers when needed.
You will also support the Store Manager in maximizing sales, fostering a service‑first mentality, adhering to best practices, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications- Passion for fashion retail and our company ethos
- Experience in fashion retail
- Experience managing and motivating a team of sales assistants
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Efficient and highly organised with a customer‑focused attitude
