The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for maintaining the front desk, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and organized.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- 2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- 3. Maintain visitor log and manage front desk sign-in process
- 4. Provide information and assistance to walk-in clients as needed
- 5. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- 6. Support general office operations, including copying, scanning, and filing
- 7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- 8. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- 9. Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Dependable and punctual
- Customer service orientation and positive attitude
High school diploma or GED required. Additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
ExperienceMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role preferred.
