Join our team as a Digital Support Specialist and play an important role in keeping business operations moving. As a team member you will help process incoming mail, route critical documents, and support accurate, timely handling of policy and claim correspondence across multiple lines of business.

• Research and route incoming mail, documents, and payments to the appropriate business areas
• Prepare, scan, index, and digitize incoming mail with accuracy and attention to detail, coding appropriately
• Maintain productivity and image quality standards to support service expectations
• Assist with tracking priority mail, packages, and related documentation
• Support the team in a fast-paced environment with changing daily volumes
• Requires frequent walking and standing throughout the workday

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One + years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and ability to work efficiently
• Administrative, mail processing, teller, or similar experience valuable
• A team-oriented and adaptable approach to supporting daily operations
