Customer Service Representative II
Join our customer service team in League City, Texas. This role supports a high-volume service center that assists customers across Life and Annuity products. It plays a key part in delivering accurate, compliant, and compassionate service to our policyholders and authorized parties.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide support related to life and annuity policies
- Process payments and update account information accurately and timely
- Provide clear, compliant information to policyholders, beneficiaries, and other authorized parties
- Support policy servicing needs such as applications, payment plans, and policy updates
- Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries
- Assist with special projects and additional support needs as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service, or other fast-paced service environments
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Comfort using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office tools
