Reports to:

Director, Human Resources Turn complex ideas into engaging learning experiences that help employees grow and perform at their best. As a Learning & Performance Specialist, you’ll partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and HR teams to design practical, accessible learning solutions—from interactive courses and performance tools to targeted development programs. This Texas-based role is ideal for an adaptable instructional designer who enjoys managing projects from intake through launch and continuously improving the learner experience.###

Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of learning projects, balancing priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables Consult with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance needs and recommend effective learning solutions Transform existing content, including presentations, into engaging instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning experiences Create and maintain course materials, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, communications, and process documentation Coordinate and support professional development, and leadership programs, including executive-level sessions Support learning platforms and digital tools, including LMS administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements Use learner feedback, metrics, and industry trends to improve content, adoption, and program effectiveness

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field Two + years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, training coordination, or a related talent function Proficiency with learning technologies and content-development tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft 365, Linked In Learning, or LMS Experience applying adult learning principles to develop engaging, practical learning solutions Hands-on experience creating eLearning, course materials, job aids, storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks, or facilitator resources Strong communication, consulting, project management, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and translate complex information into clear, learner-friendly content

Preferred Experience

Experience with Dayforce Learning or Workday Learning DDI Certified Facilitator credential, or willingness to complete facilitator training Experience supporting leadership development or executive audiences
