This opportunity is ideal for processors who bring their own book of business or referral relationships and are looking for a flexible, scalable processing platform without the limitations of traditional retail environments.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor
- Familiarity with Texas loan guidelines and documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage files independently from intake to clear-to-close
- Existing relationships with loan officers, brokers, or lenders preferred
- Independent third-party processing model
- Processor-focused structure with minimal overhead
- Operational support without micromanagement
