Job Title: Treasury and Credit Manager

Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 + discretionary bonus

• Executive‑Level Visibility:
  Partner directly with the Global Controller and interact regularly with the CFO, CEO, Chairman, and Board on credit risk and reporting matters.
• Global Scope:
  Manage global cash operations and customer credit exposure across multiple international business units.

  Play a key role in optimizing working capital, managing customer risk, and improving overall financial performance.

  Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Customer Service, and international credit teams.

• Oversee global cash collections and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with delegation of authority.
• Review, analyze, and communicate customer credit risk; establish and monitor credit limits.
• Issue monthly credit performance reports, including AR aging and high‑risk account analysis.
• Perform collection activities and proactively manage outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and deliver accurate cash forecasts and maintain target cash balances.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, management reporting, and tax reporting for assigned business units.
• Partner with international credit counterparts to manage global customer exposure.
• Post intercompany sales transactions and issue monthly sales reports.
• Maintain daily global cash logs and ensure timely securitization reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, accounting, or financial management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP R4/HANA preferred).
