Job Title: Treasury and Credit Manager
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 + discretionary bonus

Partner directly with the Global Controller and interact regularly with the CFO, CEO, Chairman, and Board on credit risk and reporting matters. - Global Scope:

- Oversee global cash collections and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with delegation of authority.
- Review, analyze, and communicate customer credit risk; establish and monitor credit limits.
- Issue monthly credit performance reports, including AR aging and high‑risk account analysis.
- Perform collection activities and proactively manage outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and deliver accurate cash forecasts and maintain target cash balances.
- Support annual planning, forecasting, management reporting, and tax reporting for assigned business units.
- Partner with international credit counterparts to manage global customer exposure.
- Post intercompany sales transactions and issue monthly sales reports.
- Maintain daily global cash logs and ensure timely securitization reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited institution. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in credit, accounting, or financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP R4/HANA preferred).
